  1. What is a tincture?

  1. Can your extracts be used alongside medications?

Some herbal products may be suitable for use alongside medications, while others may interact. We include relevant guidance on product pages where appropriate.   1. Do you sell cannabis products or RSO?

No. We do not currently supply cannabis-related products or RSO (Rick Simpson Oil). Should regulations and appropriate licensing allow in future, we may explore compliant opportunities.

We do not recommend smoking our extracts in the same way as tobacco products. Some botanical materials may be suitable for use in a dry herb vaporiser where appropriate, depending on the product type.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.

  1. Can I watch my order being packed?

Yes. If you leave a note with your order request, we may feature the packing process during one of our TikTok Live sessions. Personal information such as names and addresses will always remain private.
